He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Parks and Dorothy Parks (Oltman); and his son-in-law Jerry Pals. He is survived by: his siblings, Lois Pals of Mason City, Larry Parks (Anita) of Latimer and Roy Parks (Sandi) of Thornton. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
