She is survived by: her husband Don Koch; her son Alan Koch (Cathy) of Johnston; her grandchild Nocona Dayton (Randy) of Johnston; her stepchildren, Bailey, Justin and Cody Koch (Julie) of Johnston; her children, Adelyn, Kaden, Garland Koch (Teresa) of Dove Canyon and Alexander; her stepchildren, Dale and Christopher Frink; her son Sherwin Koch (Aileen) of Solon; her grandchildren, Stephanie, Alexis and Carter (Tiffany); her son Brent Koch (Lisa); her grandchildren, Nicole, Blake, Tatum and Piper; her stepchildren, Matthew and Anna; and her sister-in-law Evonne Plagge. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
