Leroy Francis Cassmann Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leroy Francis Cassmann (Hampton, Iowa), born in Breckenridge, Minnesota, who passed away on February 14, 2020, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Johann Henry and Elizabeth Cassmann (Lursen); his granddaughters, Melanie Cassmann and Kathy Harmelink; and his siblings, Augusta Kluiter (Gussie), Louisa Busma, Harold Cassmann and Henry Cassmann.
He is survived by: his children, Dennis Cassmann (Linda) of Clear Lake and JoAnn Harmelink (Don) of Perry; his grandchildren, Jim Cassmann (Tara) of Lanesboro and Teri Stewart (Tony) of Charlotte; his great grandchild Elianna Cassmann of Lanesboro; and his siblings-in-law, Phyllis Cassmann of Manchester, Richard Eisentrager (Esther) of Dumont and Nathan Eilers of Hampton. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be sent in memory of Leroy to the First Congregational United Church of Christ in Hampton or to the Hampton Senior Center.
