He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil E. Craighton and Emma Marie Craighton (Wilkinson); his wife Doris Kothenbeutel of Hampton; his son-in-law Charles McKay; and his siblings, Lavonne Hartkop (Wilfred), Iva Mahoric (Frank), Donna Bryant (Raymond) and Dean Craighton.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kathleen Coverdale (Harold) of Hampton and Nancy McKay of Gardner, Kansas; and his siblings, Jack Craighton of Mason City, Lyle Craighton of LaGrange, Don Craighton, Earl Craighton of Hubbard, Merna Barney (Charles) of Houston and Sharon Ruth (Clifton) of Park City, Montana.. He is also survived by five grandsons and 12 great-grandchildren.
