With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gerald Leon McDonald of Hampton, Iowa, born in Marshalltown, Iowa, who passed away on May 12, 2021 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George McDonald and Lois McDonald (Sission); his wife Cheryl Rogers; and his brother Leroy. He is survived by: his former wife Patricia Burns; his children, DJ, Jodi Vosburgh (Merle) of Sheffield, Lisa Giaratino (Mike Ball) of Mesa, Chad McDonald (Cheryl) of St. Anthony and Dallas McDonald of Hampton; and his siblings, Georgetta Dohlman (Keith) of Geneva and Eldon McDonald (Pam). He is also survived by four step-children, nineteen grandchildren, thirty-five great-grandchildren.
