He is survived by: his former wife Debra Peterson; his wife Deb; his children, Cory Miller, Erran Miller and Camie Johnson (Seth); his grandchildren, Abbie, Kendrick, Kolben, Terrick, Evelyn, Lincoln and Indy; and his siblings, Wendale Miller, Gary Miller, Lonnie Wygle and Leann Miller.
