He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale Haugland and Joyce Haugland (Warren); and his brother David Haugland. He is survived by: his brothers, Robert Haugland (Mary Jo Salerno) of Post Falls and Steve Haugland (Judy) of Clarion; his sister-in-law Margaret Haugland of Fort Dodge; and his nieces and nephews, Aaron Haugland, Angela Fishman (Jeremy), Sabrina Haugland and Leif Haugland. He is also survived by numerous cousins, other relatives and friends.
