She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Curtis and Marjorie Curtis (Brees); her husband Steven Stanley, Sr.; her son Joel Hinton; her grandson Jordan Kirtley; her sister Carol Ann Ross; and her mother-in-law Marie Stanley.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Hinton and John Hedrick (Terri); her stepchildren, Tricia Kirtley (Brad), Tina Chambers (Kade) and Steve Stanley, Jr. (Sheryl); and her daughter-in-law Nancy Hinton. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren.
