He was predeceased by: his parents, Hamilton James and Mary Louise Lewis (King); his brother Randall Lewis; his parents-in-law, Alfred and Marie Winther; and his siblings-in-law, Chuck Kauffman, Gary Bald and Janice Swesey.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Kay Lewis of Audubon, Iowa; his children, Krista (Brentt Snow) of Lineville, Jim (Shari Lewis) of Audubon, Iowa, Bob (Joyce Lewis) of Audubon, Iowa and Steve Lewis of Audubon, Iowa; his granddaughter Brittany Snow of Lineville; his great grandchildren, Blakeleigh Snow of Lineville, Rhett Hanson of Audubon, Baby Boy Lewis of Audubon, Marshall Kohout of Audubon, Parker Kohout of Audubon, Keegan Ellis of Lineville, Dean Ellis of Lineville, Lillian Ellis of Lineville and Mila Kay King of Marshalltown, Iowa; his siblings, Norma (Bernie Bolton) of Oakland and Darrell (Bev Lewis) of Roach, Missouri; and his sisters-in-law, Linda Kauffman of Audubon, Joanne Bald of Audubon, Deanna Kauffman of Estherville and Debbie Lewis of Red Oak, Iowa. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
