She is survived by: her daughter Nancy Hurst (Mel) of Hamburg, IA; her grandson Melvin Hurst (Haley Kessinger); her stepgrandchildren, Steve Hurst (Belinda), Lisa Chambless, Paul Hurst and Sarah Hurst; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Jack and Cortni.
