He is survived by: his children, Marie Catlett (David) of Hamburg, IA, Theresa Gregg (Patrick) of West Plains, MO, Charles Dovel (Debbie) of Hamburg, IA, Alan Dovel (Kim) of Hamburg, IA and Mike Dovel of Hamburg, IA; his friend Clara Jean Gude of Hamburg, IA; his sister Murilla Giittinger (Marvin) of Nebr; and his brothers-in-law, Martin Goracke of Hamburg, IA, Wayne Rice of Atlantic, IA and Larry Mount (Carol) of Shenandoah, IA. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren.
