He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Vernon Durkin and June Durkin (Boyd); and his children, Marie Kness of Oneida, IL, Jonathon Durkin (Judy) of Galesburg, IL and Thomas James Durkin. He was also cherished by eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren; other family and friends.
