She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert L. "Jim" and Ruth Lavina Gude (Zuck); her husband Ken; and her sister Theresa "Terry" Pelser (Don). She is survived by: her former husband Kenneth Wayne Giles; her cousin Reunion; her niece Colleen Pelser (Brian Lutz) of Baltimore, MD; and her nephew Roger Pelser of California. She is also survived by numerous cousins, other family and friends.
Memorials may be given to the Hamburg Rescue in her memory.
