She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar D. Holman and Leta H. Holman (Leckenby); her former husband Ernest W. Chase; her husband Delbert U. Courtney; her great grandchildren, Isaac Gibson and Chase Ware; her son-in-law Wayne Ware; and her siblings, Ruth Briley, Don, Bill and Robert Holman.
She is survived by: her great grandchild Sam; her daughter-in-law Lorey; her children, Karen Ware of Mooresville, Kathy Swanson (Lon) of Warsaw, Dean Courtney (Lorey) of Sidney, Melissa Winters (Jim) of Wichita Falls and Kelley Randolph (Jimmie) of Hamburg, Iowa; and her grandchildren, David, Briday Ware, Matthew, Nancy Ware, Cynthia, Mike Hale, Adam Gibson, Chris Lewis-Gibson, Michelle Swanson, Christopher LeRette, Brandy Pruitt-Souza, Anthony Pruitt, Clinton Winters, Melody Winters, Grace Winters, Olivia Winters, Courtney Sloop, Christopher Dos Santos and Alan Shirley. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren, other family and friends.
