He is survived by: his children, Tom Welchans (Andrea) of Bondurant, Jacque Welchans of Creston and Jed Sanders of Omaha, Nebraska; his grandchildren, Hayden Welchans, Isaac Woolery, Jasmine Essing (Aubrey), Madeline Woolery, Clint Nelson and Tanner Nelson; his brothers, Kenny Welchans (Peggy) of Hamburg and Bill Welchans (Angie) of Farragut; and his nieces and nephews, Justin Welchans, Casey Welchans (Angie) of Nebraska City, Andy Welchans (Amanda) of Clarinda, Christan Ambrose (Jeremiah) of Gravity and Jacob Welchans of Farragut.
