He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey L. Brake and Vernie E. Brake (Greenwood). He is survived by: his partner Gayle Meek of Hamburg, IA; and his siblings, Donna Chute of Des Moines, IA, Sharon Beer (Mike) of Campbellsville, KY and Douglas Brake (Tew) of Deltona, FL. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and many friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM at the Rash-Gude Funeral Home (1220 Main St, Hamburg, IA 51640).
