She was predeceased by: her parents, Wade Nelson (Pete) and Irene Nelson (Shirley); and her husband John Frederick Gude. She is survived by: her children, John N. Gude (Debbie) of Omaha, Nebraska, Jean Anne Muenchau (Martin) of Sherwood, Oregon and Janet Teten (Bill) of Sidney, Iowa; her grandchildren, Natalie Aistrope-Golden, Christopher Gude, Nicole Muenchau, Mark Muenchau (Margaret), Jina Sanders (family: Jessica Athen), Stephanie Doty (Kyle Bohlen) and Samantha Leseberg (Tel); her great grandchildren, Shania Aistrope, Lillie Athen, Landon Athen, Leighton Leseberg, Crew Leseberg, Ainsley Bohlen, Clara Bohlen, Eleanore Muenchau and Genevieve Muenchau; and her brother Charles Nelson of Middleburg, Florida.. She is also survived by caregiver for many family members.
Memorials may be given to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
