He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Ann McMullen and David Linneaus Welchans; his wife Martha; and his sister Marie. He is survived by: his sons, David Allen (Sheryl), Kenneth Carl (Peggy Sue) and William Boyd (Angie); and his siblings-in-law, Perry Cloyd of Gunbarrel, Texas, Jane Bidwell Norman of Cheyenne, Wyoming, John Bidwell and Carol Bidwell of Casper, Wyoming.
