He was predeceased by: his parents, Alonzo Neppl and Amanda Neppl; his parents-in-law, Albert and Lottie Bullmann; and his brother-in-law Albert Bullmann, Jr..
He is survived by: his former wife Joanne Bullmann; his wife Joanne Neppl of Halbur; his sister Mary Ann Knight (Robert) of Peoria, IL; and his nieces and nephews, Amanda Bullmann, Bob Knight (Mary), Jill Schwartz (Mike), Beth Sun (Ken), Nancy Hammitt (Chris) and John Knight (Angie). He is also survived by 11 great-nieces and great-nephews, and his 2 godchildren; as well as many friends.
