It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Edna K. Dalhoff of Halbur, Iowa, who passed away on March 26, 2021, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Herbers and Margaretha Herbers (Werder); her husband Elmer Dalhoff; her mother-in-law Anna Dalhoff; her siblings, Orry Herbers, Helene Heithoff, Margaret Petsche and Marie Rotert; her parents-in-law, Virgil Dalhoff, Elmer, Arlene Heiman, Francis (Frank), Louise Dalhoff, Marjorie Gehling, Fred, Alene Dalhoff, Joseph Dalhoff, Gerald Dalhoff (Jerry), Raymond Hesch (Ray), Donald Luchtel (Don), Richard Maranell (Dick), John Stransky, David Dalhoff (Gus), Clarus Heithoff, Harold Petsche, Joseph Rotert, Berdine Herbers and Roland Esser; her niece Cheryl Heithoff; her nephews, Harold Rotert, Lee Luchtel and Fred Dalhoff; and her nephews-in-law, Greg Gaze, Michael Smith, Don Pottebaum, Marty Pottebaum, Terry Wright and William Dessauer (Bill).

She is survived by: her children, Randy (Jo Anne) of Ames, John (Barbara) of Ames, Bill (Ann) of Chanhassen and Carol Franzina (David) of Dallas, Texas; her grandchildren, Tami Donovan (Patrick), Jason Dalhoff (Heather), Tony Dalhoff and Kristin Dalhoff; her great grandchildren, Wesley, Brianna Donovan and Haden Dalhoff; her sister Trudy Esser; and her sisters-in-law, Arlene Dalhoff, Patti Hesch, Mary Lou Maranell, JoAnn Stransky and Darlene Dalhoff. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Those in attendance are asked to wear a face covering and abide by social distancing guidelines.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed in Edna's name to the Kuemper Catholic Schools Foundation or St. Anthony Hospice.
