He was predeceased by: his parents, William R. Blanchard and Ava J. Blanchard (Porter). He is survived by: his wife Elaine Moser; his children, Angie Bradshaw (Vince) of Scottsdale, AZ and Brent Blanchard (Bev) of Guttenberg; his granddaughter Emily Blanchard of Guttenberg; and his brother Dennis Blanchard (Ann) of Bettendorf.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Morris Funeral Home (207 S 1st St, Guttenberg, IA 52052). A funeral service was held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:15 AM at the same location.
