He is survived by: his wife Phyllis; and his siblings, George "Buck" (Margaret Owings), Kitty Miller, Ruth Claypoole, Bob (Kathy Owings), Carl (Debbie Owings) and Harry (Nancy Owings). He is also survived by 13 nieces & nephews; 25 great nieces and nephews.
