Kevin Meder Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kevin Meder of Guttenberg, Iowa, who passed away on February 15, 2021 at the age of 60. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John "Jack" Meder and Eileen Meder (Wegmann); and his brother Steven Meder. He is survived by: his wife Patty Slaughter; his children, Bobby-Joe Meder of Marquette, Amanda Halsted (Garrett) of Marshalltown and Sandra Gavin of DeKalb, Ill.; his grandchildren, Payton Bassett and Maverick Halsted; his stepgrandchildren, Henry Halsted and Ehyris Halsted; his siblings, Sharon Wittman (Rick), Sandy Meder of Friendswood, Texas and Ken Meder of Lake Ozark; and his sister-in-law Monica Meder of Elkader. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
