He was predeceased by: his parents, John McGinn and Donna McGinn (Baumhover). He is survived by: his brothers, Raymond McGinn (Kathy) of Marathon, NY and William McGinn (Annelda) of Thomasville, NC; and his foster sister Shirley McDermott (Jim) of Dubuque, IA.
