She is survived by: her sons, Troy Thein of Cedar Rapids and Cory Thein of Dubuque; her boyfriend James R. Hankes, Jr.; her granddaughter Peyton Thein; and her stepchildren, Jennifer McIntosh and Jason Hankes (Shelly).
