She was predeceased by: her parents, John Andregg and Georgiana Andregg (Dremmel); and her siblings, Emma Jean Andregg, Joan Lancaster, Anna Stevens, Fran Ulbrich, Ellen Burdeaux, John Andregg (Jack), Jon Andregg, Gerald Andregg and Richard Andregg.
She is survived by: her sisters-in-law, Janice Andregg and Betty Andregg. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be send to the Guttenberg American Legion Post 373 which meant so much to Charlene.
