With solemn reverence, we commemorate William Richard Jordan Sr. (Guthrie Center, Iowa), whose life came to an end on February 13, 2025 at the age of 91, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Jordan and Frances Jordan (Lacy); his grandson Andrew Barrington; his sister Alice; his brother-in-law Jim Young; his nephews, Mike and Jeff; his parents-in-law, Dale Lynam and Betty Lynam; and his siblings-in-law, Carl Kepple and Pam Lynam.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Jordan of Panora; his children, Debi May Barrington (Steve) of Florida, Donna Trask of Tennessee, William "Bill" Jordan, Jr. of California, Randolph Jordan of Arizona and Scott Jordan of Panora; and his siblings, Lee Sorensen (Verdon) of Shenandoah and Franklin Jordan (Pat) of California. He is also survived by five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First United Methodist Church (405 Prairie St, Guthrie Center, IA 50115). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location.
