He is survived by: his wife Shelley; his children, Eric Hayes of Minot, Alison Herron (Derek) of Guthrie Center, Ashlee Wolfe (Jeremy) of Guthrie Center and Valarie Levy of Jefferson, Iowa; his grandchildren, Brayden, Riley, Aria (Eric), Brooke, Katelyn, Lane, Logan, Braelyn, Lillee, Luke (Alison), Calleigh, Cordell Cambree, Cayla (Ashlee), Eva Mae, Kailynn and Rosabelle (Valarie); his siblings, Steve Hayes of Guthrie Center, Jim Hayes of Guthrie Center and Mary French (Stuart) of Jefferson, Iowa; and his aunts, Dolly Hayes of Guthrie Center and Carlene Jensen of Conway Missouri. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
