She was predeceased by: her parents, Fay Sheley and Pauline Sheley (Borden); her siblings, Theresa Kreie, Bea Nelson, Bonnie Lawrence, Betty Sheeder, Jay Sheley and Fred Sheley; her brothers-in-law, Ron Baier and Loren Bacon; and her granddaughter Baylee Tews.
She is survived by: her daughter Paula Tews (Dana); her granddaughters, Jordan Waddell, Devan Seeck (Dwayne) and Misean Hernandez (Fidel); her sisters, Sharron Bacon and Raynette Baier; and her nieces and nephews, Rick Baier (Renee), Debbie Ostercamp (Gary), Darryl Bacon, Deanna Bacon, Jackie Garreau (Leo), Mel Sheley, Marjean Short (Larry), Brenda Irlmeier (Dave), Kerry Sheeder (Brenda), Terri Sheeder and Steve Sheeder. She is also survived by nieces/nephews and great nieces/nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Twigg Funeral Home - Guthrie Center (506 Prairie St, Guthrie Center, IA 50115). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the First United Methodist Church (405 Prairie St, Guthrie Center, IA 50115).
She was loved by so many, and made lasting contributions to the community.
