She was predeceased by: her husband Warren Eugene Sunds of Casey; her parents, Elmer and Geraldine; her stepfathers, Walter John Bauer and Ivan Sickels; her stepsister Mary Elizabeth Bauer; her grandparents, Charles, Anna Kriens, Peter and Cora Anderson; her stepgrandmother Elizabeth Bauer; her sisters-in-law, Marilyn Warner and Kay Olson (White); her nephew Randy White; and her brothers-in-law, Merle Bassett, Dick White, Don Warner and Roy Olson.
She is survived by: her children, Martin Montgomery (Beth Ann) and Colonel Benett Paul (US); her grandchildren, Haley Jean (Sunds), Burgraff (Taylor) of Shoreview, MN, Jared Warren Sunds (Baley Good) of Carlisle, Jessica Marie Sunds of State College, PA, Garrett Christian Sunds of Wichita, KS, Sierra Kriens O'Brien and Saige Danae O'Brien of Lake Panorama, Panora; her great grandchild Theodore Warren Burgraff of Shoreview, MN; her sister Mardelle Sorensen (Oliver) of Bridgewater, IA; her sister-in-law Darlene Sunds Bassett of Casey; and her nieces and nephews, Janell Sorensen Stender (Rick), Robert Sorensen, Doug Bassett (Lani), David Bassett (Michelle), Gregory Bassett (Pam), Scott White (Agniezka), Alan Warner (Melanie), Glenda Warner (Jack Findley) and Brenda Simmons (LeRoy). She is also survived by many cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family and they will be given to the Guthrie County Hospital Foundation and to the Lutheran Women's Missionary League (LWML).
