He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Moore and Erma Moore; his daughter Rhonda Sue; his brother Donald; and his granddaughter Charity Hoffert.
He is survived by: his wife Lila Taylor of Washington; his children, Saundra Hoffert (Myron) of Washington and Mark Moore (Mary Lynn) of Slater; and his grandchildren, Nathan Hoffert (Tenille) of Washington, Aaron Hoffert (Nicole) of Stanley, Sarah Smith (Samuel) of Wellman, Elizabeth Shepherd (Zachariah) of Washington, Holly Funkhouser (Benjamin) of Winterset and Benjamin Moore (Kelly) of Latimer.
