It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leonard James Troshynski in Guthrie Center, Iowa, born in Atkinson, Nebraska, who passed away on November 21, 2020, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, August and Elizabeth; his wife Leona Schmit; his granddaughter Emily Troshynski; and his siblings, Robert, John, Gerald, Thomas, Ben and Rosemary Kilmurry.

He is survived by: his children, Timothy (Deb) of Manson, William (Shannon) of Logan, IA, Lisa Hansen (Lance) of Guthrie Center and Lori Faucher (David) of Guthrie Center; his grandchildren, Lindsay Conley (Robbie), Jordan Troshynski (Amber), Morgan Spielman (Alex), Faith Troshynski, Chloe Troshynski, Jake Troshynski (Christana), Taylor Hansen (Josh), Rachel Troshynski (Tony Hartigan), Nick Hansen (Tessa), Whitney Stuart (Mike), Lauren Hansen (Titan Immel), Adam Faucher (Chelsea), Logan Faucher, Blake Faucher and Lilly Faucher; his great grandchildren, Dylan, Colten, Jace Conley, Conner Troshynski, Haley Spielman, Kaden Becker, Cecilia, Brandon Troshynski, Audrey, Lucy, Kate Hansen, Sawyer, Huck Hansen, Ella, Burke, Briggs, Sloane Stuart, Jayda Haywood and Nolan Faucher; his sisters, Rita Rome and Lois Gutchewsky; and his siblings-in-law, John Schmit, George Schmit, Eileen Schmit, Pat Schmit, Shirley Schmit, Udonna Schmit and Catherine Steinhauser.
