He was predeceased by: his parents, James Francis and Evelyn Gertrude Finnegan (Robison); and his brother Francis. He is survived by: his children, Darwin of Guthrie Center, Nancy Kecy (Bill) of Knoxville, Jim of Guthrie Center, Julie Finnegan of Shawnee, Mark of Johnston and Mary Finnegan of Grinnell, Iowa; his grandchildren, Nick (Jaime), Andrew, James, Noah, Morgan, Brandi and Zachary; and his great grandchildren, Jayley and William.
