She is survived by: her son Donald Slaybaugh (Cindy) of Guthrie Center; her daughter-in-law Jann Slaybaugh of Galva; her grandchildren, Justin Slaybaugh (Tabby) of Guthrie Center, Amanda Steffensen (Ryan) of Guthrie Center, Emily Forkner (Yancey) of Iowa City, Mindi Slaybaugh of Waukee, Brea Kruse (Brandon) of Holstein and Kara Coombs (Justin) of Cherokee; her great grandchildren, Brittany Wood, Wylie Wood, Garrett Slaybaugh (Allie), Maci Slaybaugh (Drew Simon), Gavin Slaybaugh, Tegan, Chase, Tessa Slaybaugh, Eva, Cora, Mila Steffensen and Ryker Kruse; her great great grandchildren, Aydan McDowell and Cayson Horras; and her brother-in-law Darwin Hall.
