With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Nolan Bayer of Guernsey, Iowa, born in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 24, 2024 at the age of 13. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Nolan Bayer to pay them a last tribute.
He is survived by: his parents, David Bayer and Kelly Tanke Bayer of Guernsey; his siblings, Emily, Ryan and Beth; his grandparents, Martin, Betty Bayer of Guernsey, Marvin and Laurie Tanke of Guernsey; his great-grandparent Dorothy Allen of Barnes City; his aunts and uncles, Kyle Tanke (Leslie), Jeff Bayer, Joel Bayer (Angie), Kami Walters (Ray) and Debbie Upah (Tony); and his cousins, Mary Tanke, Brooklyn Caffee, Myles Tanke, RJ Walters, Grant Walters, Will Bayer, Owen Bayer, Lauren Upah and Ava Upah.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Lutheran Interparish School at Williamsburg.
