Johnny Edward Slaymaker Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 10, 2022, at the age of 86, Johnny Edward Slaymaker of Guernsey, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Forrest Slaymaker and Beatrice Coover Slaymaker; his wife Irene Augusta Davis; and his siblings-in-law, Lyle Wandling and Dorothy Davis.
He is survived by: his siblings, Nadean Wandling of Marengo, Gerald Slaymaker (Kris), Vernon Slaymaker (Joanne) of Ottumwa, Judy Howe (Bob) of Urbandale, Jerry Slaymaker (Reta), Linda Njamfa of Des Moines and Steven Slaymaker (Kim) of Belle Plaine; and his close friend Bonnie Morton of Guernsey. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorial contribtutions may be designated to the Guernsey United Methodist Church or the Alzheimer's Association.
