With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Willie Dee Henson of Grundy Center, Iowa, born in Oelwein, Iowa, who passed away on December 22, 2020. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Henson and Bessie Bachtell Henson; his wife Audrey Weltzin; and his sisters, Iris Van Dellen and April Newman.
He is survived by: his former wife Joanne Matejka; his sons, Joseph Henson (Terri) of Grundy Center and Jeremy Henson of Grundy Center; and his siblings, Paul "Butch" Henson of Waterloo, June Ward (Renee) of Lawrence, KS and Holly Anderson of Shell Rock. He is also survived by four grandchildren; one great-granddaughter.
