She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Heerts and Jennie Heerts (Kruse); her husband Maurell Pabst; her parents-in-law, Ralph Amos Pabst and Edna Pabst; and her brother-in-law Leroy Gunnarson.

She is survived by: her son Jeff Pabst (Marcy); her grandchildren, Jacob Pabst (Mary), Jessica Pabst (Hunter Hall) and Erica Pabst; her sister Wilma Ruth Gunnarson; her nephew Curtis Gunnarson (Judy); and her niece Jeannie Gibney (Jim).
