She was predeceased by: her parents, Harm Groote and Annie Groote (Buskohl); her husband Herman; and her grandson Nathaniel. She is survived by: her children, Duane DeBerg (Wanda) of Sioux Falls, Leanne Kilker (Dave) of Green Mountain, Darlene DeVries (Larry) of Newhall and Alan DeBerg (Carrie) of Dike, Iowa. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 5 step-grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren and 8 step-great grandchildren.
