It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marjorie Frances Karsjens of Grundy Center, Iowa, who passed away on January 20, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Otto Renken and Nancy Renken (Schoneman); her husband Donald Dave Karsjens; her daughter Patience Hewitt; her sister Delores (Homer Ross); and her sister-in-law Jean Renken.
She is survived by: her son Prentice Karsjens (Julie) of Parkersburg; her grandchildren, Alexis, Noah Karsjens, Nathaniel, Gabriel and Isaiah Johnson; her great grandchildren, Caleb, Brielle and Wyatt Johnson; and her siblings, Art Renken of Aplington and Ruth Pulford (Dale).
