She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon "Verb" Syhlman and Edna Syhlman (Bolhuis); her husband Marlyn James Pruis; her son Wendall Mark; her siblings, Tena Benning, Dorothy Adelmund, Wilma Adelmund, Vernice Valentine and Fred Syhlman; and her siblings-in-law, Suzie Syhlman, Gertie Pruis, Maerka Pruis, Henrietta Pruis, Albert Benning, Jake Adelmund, George Adelmund and Melvin Valentine.
She is survived by: her family Lourine; her children, Laurie Murra (Randy) of Wellsburg, Iowa and Tony Pruis (JoEllen) of Waterloo, Iowa; her grandsons, Jerod Murra (Myndi), Trent Murra (Lisa), Jesse Murra and Zachary Pruis; and her great grandchildren, Bentley, Maeley, Ayzley, Kenleigh and Elleigh.
