She is survived by: her daughters, Patty Lynn Berning (Randall) of Cedar Falls and Debra Kay Dulin (Rex) of Cedar Falls; her grandchildren, Ashley, Katie Rose Dulin, Erica Martens (Noah) and Lukas Rohm; her great grandchildren, Makenzie, Meaghan, Madilynn Martens and Addison Rohm; and her siblings, Lavern Van Hauen (Beverly) and Mary Ann Bolhuis of Cedar Falls.
