He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Freese and Arvilla Freese (Meyer) of Wellsburg, Iowa.. He is survived by: his siblings, Sherry Caldwell (Stan) of Steamboat Rock, IA and Mike Freese (Cindy) of Grundy Center; his nephews, Eric Caldwell (Becky), Chris Caldwell (Cari) and Jon Freese (Staci); his niece Sara Freese; his great-nephew Mason Thede; and his great-nieces, Rylee, Raegan Caldwell, Kiley Meyers and Samantha Lyman (Dylan). He is also survived by his family and his many friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Abels Funeral and Cremation Service - Grundy Center (509 4th St, Grundy Center, IA 50638).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Cedar Valley Hospice or the family.
