She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Dirks and Thelma DeBerg Dirks; and her children, Sherida Joy (Josh Kuehler) and Matthew Dean. She is survived by: her former husband Richard Oltman; her husband Larry McKinnon; her daughters, Kristina Kira Pantaleo (Jesse) of Macon, MO and Stephanie Marie Mahoney (Bryan) of Hallsville, MO; her grandchildren, Zachary Kuehler (Cadence) of Portland, OR, Ellison Kuehler of Des Moines, IA, Landon Mahoney (Brook) of Columbia, MO, Madison Aldridge and Maverick Pantaleo; and her great grandchild Jasper Kuehler.
Memorials may be given and will be delivered into a few of Joann's favorite charities, such as the Wounded Warrior Project and the Living Hope Ministries.
