He was predeceased by: his siblings, Phyllis Ross, Thomas Long and Carry Long. He is survived by: his daughter Ruth Tankersley (Mark) of Kannapolis, NC; his granddaughter Isabella Tankersley; and his sister Caroline Mann of Marshalltown, IA. He is also survived by nieces & nephews.
