Hilda Oltman Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hilda Oltman (Grundy Center, Iowa), who passed away on May 22, 2020, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph VanderVeen and Florence VanderVeen (Hector); her husband Ben; her son Ralph; her siblings, Fred, Klaas, Bernard and Winnie; and her grandson Mark.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Oltman of Des Moines, David Oltman (Betty) of Spencer, IA, Diane Meyer (David) of Aplington and Joyce Martinson (Rory) of Spirit Lake, IA; her sisters, Betty Zevenbergen of Little Rock, IA and Rose Sankey of Sioux Falls, SD; and her daughter-in-law Judy Oltman of Nevada, IA.. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, to protect the health and safety of all, services are currently being limited as required by state and local authorities and the CDC.
