He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren Fogt and June Fogt; his great grandchildren, Leightyn and Raelynn Fuller; and his brother-in-law Jed Simms.
He is survived by: his wife Dianne; his children, Robert Fogt (Mari) of Marshalltown, Mark Fogt (Kem) of Grundy Center, David Fogt (Lisa) of Marshalltown, Jennifer Flater (Brad) of Grundy Center and Kerri Fogt of LeGrand; his grandchildren, Curtiss, Jacob (Madison), Brandon, Ashlee, Amanda (Aaron), Amber (Bryce), Brittany (Clint), Tyler, Ryan (Morgan), Alex (Holly), Lynde, Taylor, Bryce and Brooke; his great grandchildren, Emilia, Avery, Quinnely, Alivia, Bria, Keon, Chloe, Kendall, Brynley, Landon, Walker and Charlie; and his siblings, Jack Fogt (Joan), James Fogt (Jane) and Carol Simms.
