With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Dulcie Phyllis Modlin of Grundy Center, Iowa, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Dulcie left this world on January 3, 2025 at the age of 97, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence W. Huber and Irene Huber (Craig); her husband Harold; her son Curtis Modlin; and her sisters, Yvonne Huber, Charlotte, Darlene and Avis.
She is survived by: her daughter LuAnn Modlin of Grundy Center; her grandson Chad Modlin (Melissa) of New Hartford, Iowa; her great grandchild Mitchell Modlin; and her brother Larry Huber (LaVerda) of Lakeside, Arizona. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Cornerstone Methodist Church (707 6th St, Grundy Center, IA 50638). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials may be directed to St. Croix Hospice or the family.
