He was predeceased by: his parents, Adolph Folkerts and Verina Folkerts; and his former wife Jackie Folkerts. He is survived by: his wife Arla-Beth; and his children, John Craig, Elaine Brown, Gary Craig, Sharon Eubank, Donald Craig, Shelly Folkerts, Patty Peterson, Pam Mackie, Christopher Syhlman and Kyler Syhlman. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, 2 brothers, 4 sisters and many nieces and nephews.
