Claire Koobs Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Claire Koobs (Grundy Center, Iowa), who passed away on May 19, 2020 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Koobs and Clarice Koobs (Hasbrouck); his siblings, Jerry, Roger, Margaret, Alice and Maxine; and his siblings-in-law, Irene Koobs, Leonard Grimsley, Phil Strehle and Lester Wood.
He is survived by: his children, Colette Ford (Scott) and Gail Koobs (Dee Erickson); his grandchildren, Michelle Olsen (Trae), Angela Lara, Deanna Pandarvis (Dean Dybvik) and Brian Erickson (Mary); his siblings, Jack Koobs and Patti Koobs Wood; and his sisters-in-law, Darlene Koobs, Heidi Koobs and Jean Koobs.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, to protect the health and safety of all, services are currently being limited as required by state and local authorities and the CDC.
